This here is for the TWEWY contest. the back of her shirt says 'Don't Fear the Reaper' (the title)

This character's name is Kelsey, and unfortunatly, she has no last name for the fact that she is an orphan that never knew her parents. She is originally from the US, but raised money through out her life to go to tokyo.

She is a happy person, but is quite easy to set off, which isn't a good thing because she has a nasty temper. At first she is a bit cautious around new people, and if she likes u, she will do her best to help u no matter what. But if she doesn't like you, be prepared for a hell of a time. she is extremely stuborn, always wanting things to go her way, even though her way isn't always smart. she is straight forward and is quite good when it comes to smarts... in some situations. she REALLY loves thriller type things. She Is TOTALLY different when in battle, being uber serious and all that jazz, but makes mistakes easily.

Her weapon (if needed) is a long silver chain with a ruby arrowhead at one end. she can move it at will, as if it was part of her. she usually uses it for hit and run tactics or for capture. You have to think of what ur going to do ahead of time (which means predict the enemy's movements) because of how long the chain is and how much longer it takes to get the movement to the tip. But when mastered, the chain is EXTREMELY deadly. She gets caught in it alot when she tries to show off, but never when in battle.
